Dear Alumni of Camp No-Be-Bo-Sco,

Milestones - they highlight significant events in our lives and the lives of those around us, and this year the Camp No-Be-Bo-Sco family will be celebrating yet another significant milestone for camp: eighty-five years of outstanding scouting adventures and memories at Camp No-Be-Bo-Sco!

That’s right, for 85 years scouts and their leaders have trekked to the woods in Blairstown, New Jersey (in the early days hiking in from the Blairstown train station) to learn the skills essential to good scouting. Hundreds of thousands of scouts have enjoyed the No-Be-Bo-Sco experience. And that’s cause for celebration!

So celebrate we will - on Saturday, July 28, 2012 from 2:00pm to 8:00pm. Please plan to join us as we open our program areas for your enjoyment. Scoutcraft, handicraft, and nature demonstrations, an amazing display of No-Be memorabilia from our ever expanding museum collection, and an incredible London Broil dinner and dining hall program. There will be an opportunity to test your marksmanship skills up on the range and a cracker barrel room to relax with a cup of coffee and share tales of the “good old days”. We’ll wrap up the celebration with a blazing campfire and program filled with songs and skits in a true NoBe fashion.
