Camp No-Be-Bo-Sco has operated continuously since the summer of 1927. Bordering the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area and situated alongside the Kittatinny Ridge, the camp is actively used by the Scouting community of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and beyond. Our summer camp program and food is not to be beat and our outstanding facilities are perfect for winter camping and events.

Please note that the camp is private property of the NNJC Boy Scouts of America and is NOT open to the public for visiting or tours.   Although the mission of this website complements the goals of the Northern NJ Council, this is NOT an official website of the Boy Scouts of America or the Northern NJ Council.

2011 Summer Camp Theme Announcement

July 1st, 2011 - Blairstown, NJ:

2011 PatchFaster then a speeding bullet, more powerful then a freight train and can tie a one-handed sheep shank behind his back – that’s right – none other then Superscout himself and his sidekick the Secretary of Justice have descended on NoBetropolis this summer to patrol the camp doing their good turn daily.

His watchful eye will be on the look out for Baron Von Evil, a scientist gone insane who uses dastardly devices and malevolent machines to beguile Superscout. He has hatched a plot to take over the camp!

Many other superheroes lurk in the storied land of NoBetropolis. While they are less powerful then Superscout they are no less eager to lend a helping hand and join in the fight against Baron Von Evil and his minions.

Boy Scouting has taught these heroes many skills necessary to work for the cause of good. They will require all of these skills to support Superscout and save NoBetropolis. Baron Von Evil must not be allowed to succeed!

The official call has gone out and thousands of NoBe campers have answered the call to come to Camp No-Be-Bo-Sco this summer to aid Superscout and the Secretary of Justice in their quest for truth, justice and the Scouting Way! So pack your capes, your tights, your POW, BAM, and ZAP’s, dust off those comics and get ready for a Special Edition of Camp No-Be-Bo-Sco 2011!
